VenueReady helps UK venue managers prepare for Martyn's Law — the Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Act 2025. We turn the official government requirements into a straightforward step-by-step process, so you can get your compliance documentation in place without needing to be a security expert.

Our service is built specifically for standard-tier premises — community centres, village halls, small theatres, independent cinemas, churches, gyms, and similar venues with a capacity of 200 to 799 people. If you run a venue of that size, Martyn's Law requires you to have written emergency response procedures, along with a named responsible person and a staff briefing log. VenueReady guides you through all of this in a calm, jargon-free way.

How it works: you complete our free wizard, answering straightforward questions about your venue. We then use that information to generate your tailored compliance documents. You can edit them, save them, and download them as a single PDF compliance pack. There's also a built-in training log so you can record who you've briefed and when.

We charge a one-off fee of £50 per venue to unlock your generated documents. The wizard itself is free — you only pay when you're happy and ready to download. We don't do subscriptions, hidden fees, or upsells. But we do have a fair usage policy — limits apply to how many times you can edit your venue details and regenerate documents.
