VenueReady helps UK venue managers prepare for Martyn's Law — the Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Act 2025. We turn the official government requirements into a straightforward step-by-step process, so you can get your compliance documentation in place without needing to be a security expert.

Our service is built for standard-tier premises — community centres, village halls, small theatres, independent cinemas, churches, gyms, and similar venues where 200 to 799 people may be present at once. At that size the Act requires public protection procedures to be in place so far as is reasonably practicable; it does not require them to be written down, though a written copy is the clearest way to brief your people. Smaller venues, where the Act may not apply, can choose voluntary good-practice procedures instead. VenueReady guides you through all of this in a calm, jargon-free way.

How it works: you complete our free wizard, answering straightforward questions about your venue. We then use that information to generate your compliance documents. You can edit them, save them, and download them as a single PDF compliance pack. There's also a built-in training log so you can record who you've briefed and when.

We charge a one-off fee of £50 per venue to unlock your generated documents. The wizard itself is free — you only pay when you're happy and ready to download. We don't do subscriptions or hidden fees. We do have a fair usage policy: your licence includes 10 venue edits and 12 document generations, and once they are used you can buy a new licence at the current price if you need more.
